ACTION OP THE PORTUGUESE AUTHORITIES. (Received September 12th, 6.15 p.m.) LONDON, September 11. The Portuguese authorities at Delagoa Bay allowed the Boers at Barberton to receive a cargo of flour when they were almost provisionkss, and this rendered them again defiant.
