CYCLING.
A meeting of the Council of the League of .New Zealand Wheelmen was held last night, Mr W. G. Atack .presiding. The Agent-General wrote agreeing to forward the object for which Messrs Sutherland and Reynolds had visited Paris. Tie application of the Richmond Athletic/and Cycling Club, Nelson, to affiliate with the League, ! was granted. On the recommendation of I the Auckland Centre, H. Miikr was reinstated as an amateur under the yules of the club. It was decided to hold the annual meeting on Monday, October 29th. The credit balance was reported to be £72 7s Bd, with a few subscriptions to come in
