King arid Co. received telegraphic communication yesterday that the dredges of the Buller Junction, Rockland s Beach, and Reeves's Proprietary Gold Dredging Companies were all successfully launched yesierl"_e flotation and registration of the Rockland's King Gold Dredging Company, with a capital of £11,000, of which 3000 shares have been allotted to the vendors, the remaining 3000 being contributing, i 3 announced. The contributing shares have all been taken up. The claim adjoins, upstream, that of the Rockland's Beach Gold Dredging Company. Messrs G. King and Co, who supply the information, state that they have secured the two claims adjoining the Rockland's King. It is stated, as indicating the large profits colonial foundries are making in connection with the construction of golddredging machinery, that an English firm of engineers are prepared to deliver machinery in this colony at a price about two-thirds less than that charged locally, and they also undertake to deliver it in about two-thirds of the time.
