REMONSTRANCE FROM AMERICA.
(Received August 11th, 9.8 ft.m.) WASHINGTON, August 10. The American Government has addressed a message to the Tsung Li Yamen insneting that they shall stop the firing oa the Legations, protect the Ministers, and co-operate with the allies in restoring order. The Chinese Minister at WashdtnsJjon statee that it will take five days to get a reply from Pekin.
