To-night's "Gazette"' contains regulations prescribing tables according to which instalments of principal and interest on loans granted under the Dairy Industry Act, 1898, shall be calculated and 1 paid. The resignation of Mr John McKenzie and tho appointment of Mr Duncan as Minister of Lands, Minister of Agriculture, and Commissioner of Forests are gazetted. Mr J. H. Boscawen is gazetted Governor's honorary aide-de-camp in Auckland, and the Hon. H. C. Butler Governor's honorary aide-de-camp in Wellington.

Mr W. W- Shelmef-drne, of Dunedin. has resigned his appointment as a Justice of the Peace.

The terms of the Extradition Treaty between Britain and the Republic of* San Marino are gazetted.
