TROOPS BEIXGi HURRIED 3:0 <33r*?AA (Received July 7th, 5.25 p.m.) ; LONDON, July 6. It is reported from Berlin that Russia and Japan \rill send a hundred thousand troops each to China, and Great Britain, Germany and France 20,000 troops each. (Keceived July 9th, 12.45 a.m.) LONDON, July 8. The 16th Bstagal Lancers hare been ordered to China. France has sent 4000 troops to China, and a similar number will embark by the 20th. General Dodds commands. HONG KONG, July 8. There are 12,000 international troops within Tien-tsin. It is eatimated that 50,000 will be required to march to Pekia.

{Received Jnly 6th, 6.35 p.m.) LONDON, July 5. The Chinese casualties at Tien-Tsin totalled 800. * AMERICA'S POLICY. Mr Hay, the American Secretary of State, has informed the Powers that Amerca's policy in Cliina will be to protect the Ahaericana and assist the legal Chinese Government to restore order, and then withdraw.
