SERVING IN THE BOER RANKS. (Received April 21*t, 9.35.a.m.) WASHINGTON, April 20. Mr Hay, American Consul in Pretoria, aad cabled that the mm of tbe Chicago Red Cross Ambulances are serving in the Boer ranks instead of in the hospital as \ promised.
