(rkESS ASSOCIATION TiLEGBAMS.) WELLINGTON, April 20. At present there are only five cases set down for the Appeal Court on Monday. In the Supreme Court, Annie T. Ross, wife of John Ross, settler, sued T. W. Hislop, barrister, for £501 damages, for alleged faulty liandling of a law suit against G. Hutcheson. The defence was a general denial, and that a settlement of the suit waa made with the full knowledge and approbation of the plaintiff. Judgment was given for the defendant. The decision in the linotype dispute ja to be given by the Conciliation Board oo Tuesday. DUNEDIN, April 20. The sheds belonging to Inness's nsh curing establishment, at Port G_bners, were burned down tlus morning. They were insured in the New Zealand Office for £350.
