Wind.—Moderate and from the westward at all places northward of Napier ana New Plymouth, but from the southward elsewhere during the next tea hours, but changing after that time to strong from between north-east and north and west. Babometeb. —Further rise everywhere, but falling again after 12 hours at all places southward of Napier and Wanganui. Sea..—Considerable on all western coast, moderate on all eastern coast. A slowly increasing pressure everywhere with moderate to strong westerly winds, changing by south-west and south.
