OAMARU, April 18. J At the Magistrate's Court this morning", A. Eddington, H. FAd'mgUm, and R. Burns were charged with tih-e murder of Peter Cafkwright, at Rakanui, on April I,4th, The caeo arose out of the stone-throwing episode, the particulars of which have already been telegraphed. The inquest has not yet teen finished. The accused were remanded for eight days.
