THE BRISBANE.

The Brisbane was brought into the inner harbour, Lyttelton, yesterday, and moored at the man-of-wir buoys. While in quarantine she had been fumigated under the supervision of Captain Hill, but objection was taken that the fumigation should have been under a Government officer. She was, therefore, sent back to the quarantine ground, where she will be thoroughly fumigated under the supervision of a Government official. It is understood that the Brisbane had not the sanction of the Harbour Board officials for coming inside the moles.
