NOTES AND MEMORANDA.
The Easter meeting of the Christchurch Cycling Club commences at Lancaster Fart to-morrow afternoon, and will be continued on Good Friday. E. Reynolds, one of tm candidates to represent the New Zealand cash riders at Paris, arrived from Auckland yesterday. Chalmers and Sutherland ai* also candidates for the same honour. The Hanmer Plains Collie Club holds its annual dog trials on April 20th and 21st. A special souvice iv connection with Sw Saviour's Guild is to be held at the Cathedral at 4 p.m., to-day, for the admission of candidates. Afterwards, there will be a general meeting, to elect two members to the Council of the Guild. The annual sports of the Canterbury College Athletic Club are to be held on the new trotting ground at Addington, to* morrow afternoon.
