Sequence is less in demand, owing to want oi form in the Rosehiii Cup. To-night's quotations are:—Sequence 7to 1, Goldsmith 100 to 5, Manganese, Watchdog, 100 to 6, Severity 100 to 8. For the Sydney Cup, Merriwee has been backed for several hundreds at 7 to 1, closing at 6 to 1. SOUTHLAND RACING CLUB. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) INVERCA'RGILL, April 5.
