THE CITY COUNCIL RESERVES.

The members of the Reserves Committee of the City Council, together with several members of the Council, paid their annual visit on Thursday to tke reserves of tie City. The party composed. Crs. Kincaid (chairman of the Beservea Committee), Pnidhoe, j Payling, Sorensbn, Samuels, Ckrk, Cooper, Louighaan, Morris and Andrews, the Town Cleric, and! the City Surveyor. The weather, which a* first was very unjiropitioua, kept several other councillors away, and his Worship the Mayor wee prevented by *%nsriness engagements from being present. As soon as the weather cleared up a start was made, Or. stragglers having rejoined the main party, a start was made for home, the city being reached shortly after 6 p.m., after a very pleasant and enjoyable day.
