BRITONS FOR THE FRONT.
FORMATION OF TR-REGULAR COLONIAL CORPS. VOLUNTEERS FOR THE IMPERIAL YEOMANRY. CAPETOWN, r^eceinber,27. The second battalions of the- Middlesex and Royal Lancaster Regiments have arrived at Capetown. Strong drafts of other regiments and thousands of mules are also arriving. The mules will greatly facilitafe the transport. December 28. Five hundred irregulars are organising al East London, Cape Colony, and 1000 veterans at Capetown. Lieutenant-Colonel R. Broad-wood, 12th Lancers, takes command of Warren's fe**regular Horse, forming at-Capetown. A large number of rough riders contimae to be enrolled at the Cape and in Natal. LONDON, December 27. Twenty thousand men have volunteered for the Imperial Yeomanry Regiment.
