There is an active demand for oats; but, ■ as with wheat, holders are not anxious to i sell, and are asking prices above buyers' , limits. 'The potato market is again weaker, a private cable received yesterday from Sydiaey stating that Dements were down to 455, 1 and the market was depressed.
