THE CANADIAN MAIL STEAMERS, SYDNEY, August 11.
After the departure of the Warrimoo, this month, the Canadian mail steamers will not call at Suva, either on the homeward or outward voyages. This will reduce the time between Brisbane and London to 32 days at tihe outside. THE TUBERCULOSIS COMMISSION. The interim reports of the Tuberculosis Commission urges the necessity for immediate steps to prevent the spread of tick fever. EDUCATION IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA.
