Moderate from, tne southward elsewhere during next twelve hours, then changing to between north and west. BAROMETER—FaII at all places north of Napier and New Plymouth, rise but falling after twelve hours elsewhere. SEA—Heavy on East Coast north of East Cape and south of Napier; increase on the western coast of South Island. TIDES— Generally high.
