MEMORIAL TO THE QUEEX. United Press Association—By Electrio Xeicgnpb—Copyright. LONDON February 12. In connection -with the Anti-Ritualistic movement, the National Protestant Union has presented a memorial to the Queen, signed by 31 peers, 50 M.P.'s, 2000 magistrates, and 1300 clergy, protesting against a section of the clergy undoing the work of the Reformation.
