(PBESS ASSOCIATION* TELEGRAM.) GKEYMOUTH, January 4. At a meeting of the stewards last night, the protest against Blackpool was decided in the following manner:-The horse, owner and rider to be disqualified for twelve months, the money invested on Blackpool to be returned. The dividend on Pilot was £6 16s.
