.. _ o HARDWARE CLUB'S SPORTS. The fifth annual sports of the Hardware Athletic' Club were held under favourable conditions at Lancaster Park-yesterday afternoon. The attendanco was not so large 'as the weather warranted and the varied programme presented deserved. " The Dicycle events were all won by X: Bassett, and A. B. Thomson won thice of the loot races. The various events Mere got off fairly well to time, aud the officials wore indefatigable in their efforts to ensure the success of the meeting.
