Received July 21st, 1.50 p.m. Hobart, July 21. Arrived—*Otarama, from London. (PRBSS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, July 21. The colonial mails of June 15th, from Melbourne, per Ouzco, reaohed London on the 19th inst., due date. The Rimutaka sailed from Capetown yesterday. The Rangitikei, from Wellington, arrived in London on the 10th inst. The Rangatira sailed from London on July 12th for Port Chalmers and Lyttelton.
