GERMAN WARSHIPS AT THE PHILIPPINES.
Singapore, June 14.
An impression prevails at Singa pore that the German Government has designs upon the Sulu Archipelago, a group attached to the Philippines under Spanish protection, but administered by native rulers.
Four German warships are now at the Philippines with three thousand seamen onboard.
