THE SPANISH FLEET AT SANTIAGO.
SPANISH VESSEL ORDERED TO LEAVE PARAGUAY.

Admiral Sampson has notified Admiral Cerveras that, in the event of the Spaniards destroying the fleet cooped up in Santiago harbour, to avoid capture, America will claim an additional indemnity equivalent to the value of the vessels. In accordance with the demands of America the Paraguayan Government has ordered the Spanish torpedo vessel Temerario to leave Paraguayan waters.
