The following passengers were booked up to the 7th May to leave by the Ruahine, which sailed from London on the 26th May and Plymouth on the 28th May, and is due in the colony about the 13th J uly : — First saloon—For Lyttelton—Miss E. M. Lewin, Messrs F. Hill and H. Hargreaves. For Wellington—Mr H. C. W. Blythe. Second saloon—For Lyttelton—Mr A. J. Milson. For Wellington—Mr and Mrs Andrews and son, Miss H. Phillips, Mrs E. S. Tanner, Master Tanner. For AucklandMr A. Lesueur, Mr Blackwood, sen , Mr J. P. Blackwood. For New Plymouth—Mr and Mrs E. H. Hayward, Master Hayward, Mr and Mrs McCallum and family. For the Blufi—Miss J. Laniont.
Steerage—For Lyttelton—MrsC. Mc Vicar, Mrs and Master Scarr, Mr R. R. Slade. For Wellington-Miss S. Boyd, Miss E. Morgan, Mr and Mrs Dnnbar and family. For Fort Chalmers—Mr J. Garland. For Napier—Miss H. O'Neill.
