Washington, June 12. The American marines are establishing & naval base at Guantanamo. An American gunboat has landed three thousand rounds of ammunition and four hundred rifles for the Cuban insurgents near. Santiago. . ; - Starvation is rife at Santiago. A handful of beans costs 20 cents.
