ZOLA'S NEW TRIAL.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph— Copyright. Received April 15th, 9,35 a.m. Paris, April 14. M. Zola declares that the limitation of his second trial to the imputation that Count Esterbazy was acquitted by order of the Minister of War reveals the fact that his enemies fear the truth. Reoeived April 16th, 1 a.m. Paris, April 15. M. Zola is confident he will defeat his enemies in their efforts to prevent the re-opening of the Dreyfus oase. One hundred and twenty-eight witnesses have been summoned to give evidence.
