NEW ZEALAND PIONEER'S EXPERIENCE.
SAVED TO NURSE OTHERS. No humbug here. New Zealand endorsement is the only proof that counts with Now Zealanders, and the following experience, although it reads almost like a romance,' is true ; and its truth can be verified by writing or calling on this wellknown lady. She writes :— " Lower Moutere, March 21st, '98—• Thirteen years ago I was taken very ill with violent pain in the stomach and across the back and bottom of the abdomen, which caused mc to have a sort of paralytic fit and hysterics, sometimes to scream and jump, so that I had to beheld. I consulted a doctor, and he told mc it was ulceration, and that inflammation had caused an abscess. I got no better, and then tried another doctor, and then the hospital doctor, and they all told mc the same, with this difference, that I had a torpid liver. My strength left mc, and I was so weak that I was quite regardless as to anything that happened around mc. About this time I got one of Warner's Safe Cure books, and ray husband therein read a case which was just the same as mine, and he told mc to try a bottle. I did so, but I thought I should have died. I did not use the Safe Pills, I knew nothing of them till afterwards: I had a terrible sickness that frightened mc ; the awful matter and bile that came off my storaaoh was green and black, also yellow, and the taste and smell was terrible- My urine was yellow, and after standing to 000 l was like sour milk that had hot water put into it, all stringy and shiny. I was about to give the Safe Cure up, but my husband advised mc to try it a little longer. I got two more bottles and a phial of Safe Pills. These carried the bile through the proper channel, and after I had taken five bottles I began to improve, and in all I bought ten bottles of the mixture and four phials of the pills, that lasted, mc about three years, for after the five bottles I only used it at times. Since then I have had better health than I had for a long time until six weeks ago, when I took influenza, which settled in my liver and kidneys. I was in great pain for four days, and then procured another bottle of Warner's Safe Cure and a phial of Safe Pilla, which I am glad to say removed the pain and restored mc to health again. I am glad, therefore, to give my testimony, I am well known abouo our district.as I go out nursing among the neighbours, and have lived i n this district for thirty-five years. — (Mrs) Elizabeth Dbummond.
