RUSSIA'S DEMANDS UPON
CHINA CONCEDED. Coiled Prer* Association— By Electric Telegraph •- Copyriffht. Received March 23rd, 12.40 a.m. Pekin, March 22. The Russian demands upon China, including the rights for the construction of the Manchurian railway, have been conceded. Five Russian warships at Port Arthur were provided with 11,000 tons of coal.
