A team from the Sydenham and Addington U.C.C. journeyed to Lyttelton on Saturday afternoon to try conclusions with an eleven of the Lyttelton CO., which resulted in a win for the former by one wicket and 28 runs. Scores :—S.A.U.C.C, 142 for nine wickets (Mason 41, A. Robson 40, Hadfield 15, and West 11); Lyttelton, 114 (Mahar 19, Seymour, 14, Murphy 13, and Lewis 11). Just. Heard and Mclnerney bowled best for Lyttelton, and F. Rowe and Hadfield for Sydenham.
