Yesterday Messrs Kaye and Carter cleared the schooner Falcon for Wellington with a cargo of produce. She went out into the stream in the evening, and will sail with the first favourable breeze.

The barque Veritas is still in the stream, waiting an opportunity to sail for Kaipara. The steamer Mararoa, which has been laid up and thoroughly overhauled at Dunedin, arrived from there yesterday morning, and sailed again in the evening for Sydney via Northern ports.
