TO STUD MASTEBS. THE STALLION SEASON Being close at hand, we beg to . point out to Owners of Stallions the medium offered by the Referee through which to let owners of thoroughbred matrons know what horses will be at the disposal of breeders. No medium for announcements of this description IN ANY WAY EQUAL TO THE WEEKLY PRESS AND REFEREE can be found in New Zealand. It is subscribed to by all Breeders, Owners, Radog men, %nd Stdotlbmen generally of any note THROUGHOUT NEW ZEALAND, and naturally they look (and more especially as it is the Official Racing Calendar for New Zealand) to its columns for what moat concerns them. Aβ, in addition, EACH SIRE 0¥ THfc SEASON advertised in its columns will form (as in past seasons) the subject of A SPECIAL ARTICLE, together with a TABULATED PEDIGREE OP THE HORSE, the advantages to advertisers of this class of stock are too obvious to need further comment. The terms are on the most liberal scale ; and those Studmasters uot already acquainted with them should lose no time in making the necessary arrangements for the publication of their intentions.
