SYDENHAM SEWAGE.
TO Till" KDITOR Ol' THE TRESS. Str., —Seeing the Drainage Board has stopped the Sydenham sewage works with such a high hand and before they have considered the proposals made, which I am led by what appeared in your columns to believe are reasonable, what steps do our Borough Council intend to take ? As a ratepayer I am prepared to contest their right in this matter, that is through the Council. They have shown that they have backbone and are to be trusted, and I hope they will go on still further in this matter.—Yours, &c, Fairplay.
