HARBOUR BOARD WEIGHTS.
The above is a correct copy of the weighnote cartincata as supplied to Messrs Sawtell and Wachsmann, to whom Mr J. T. Wright's wheat was consigned. Mr Wright never applied to the Harbour Board for a copy of the weights, which would have been supplied to him had he done so. The Board can certainly not be held responsible for weights which they never furnished to Mr Wright. The Harbour Board weights are correct in every particular.—Yours, (fee, C. Hood Williams. TO THE EDITOR OF THE PRESS. Sitt,—There only remains one thing to be done irrregard to Mr J. T. Wright's letter of to-day. That is to publish the actual net weight of each truck of the wheat in question, as weighed over the Harbour Board's Weighbridge at Lyttelton on arrival on the 3th February last.
