Miss Hardeastle left for Auckland by the Tasmania on Wednesday. The Hon. W. Rolleston left Auckland by the Mahinapna yesterday. Professors Cook, MaoMUlan, Brown antScott are returning by the same steamer. The Revs. J. H. Maokonzie, Isitt, and J. Orchard were passengers for Wellington by the Penguin yesterday. Tbe Hon. E. W. Parker went by the same steamer. t» • Dr. Fyffe was a passenger by the Penguin for the North yesterday. Mr H. J. Hall came to town last evening., Mr Edgar Jones, P-hau Pasture, came into town by last evening's North tram.
