Prohibition Ordkks—Orders were made to apply to Elizabeth Loveday in the Kaiapoi and Riccarton districts, and to N. L. Thompson in the Kaiapoi district, for twelve months. Civil. Cases. — Waimakariri Harbour Boar£ (Mr Papperill) v M. J. May (Mr ►Stringer), £1 19s, for possession of premises leased by defendant, renewal of which premises had been paid by the Board. A rehearing was applied for on the grounds that defendant's solicitor had not been able to attend at the Court when judgment was given, also for the reason that the judgment would be bad against defendant, who was not shown to have as a married woman a separate estate nor a title in the property. Subject to the payment of the amount and costs into Court the re-hearing was granted. R. Uru v J. Uru and H. W. Uru, £45 for cash lent. The action as against J.
