Professor Black was a passenger for Dunedin by yesterday's express. The Rev. Mr Soltau is a passenger from Wellington by the Penguin to-day. Messrs Keith Ramsay and W. B. Vigers •re passengers by the same steamer. Mr J. C. Wason, Corwar, is in Christchurch. Mr D. Thomas and family, with Mrs and Miss Jennings and Mr Chas. Jennings, started from Ashburton yesterday morning on a camping-out tour to the West Coast via Lake Coleridge. Mr F. Standish and family have gone on a limilar trip. tlMl f '.'/, '
