News has been received that the Italian authorities executed five Somalis for participation in the recent Ceccbi massacre. CECIL RHODES'S HOUSE BURNT. Capetown, December 15. Mr Cecil Rhodes's house has been gutted by fire. CATTLE QUARANTINE. Ottawa, December 15, The Dominion Government is asking the United States to mutually relax the cattle quarantine regulations. TORONTO NAVY LEAGUE. The Toronto Navy League petitions England for the protection of trade routes, and the partial manning of cruisers by colonists.
