Committee has decided that jockeys and trainers, who have served a term of disqualification, shall not be allowed to resume riding or training until they have formally applied for permission, and the applications have been granted. There was a discussion on the alleged scandal at the Spring meeting, the details of whicii were cabled last week, but in tha absence of definite evidence the matter was held over. It transpired that the story refers to Thunder Queen's running in the Oaks.
