TO THE KDITOR OF THE I'KBSS. Sir, —Three Liberal J.P.s —two of them newly created—sentenced a poor old woman to-day to two months' imprisonment for stealing a loaf of bread ! Two months for 3d ! The names of the Justices are Messrs Thos. Gape 3, G. S. Ross, and E. H. Ricketts. Shame on them ! -Yours, &c,
