Sir,—-Mr Georga Swunn appears ip have had his plumage somewhat rtiflW, but even this hardly excuses th« inaccurate version which he publishes of his reasons for withdrawing at the* last general election. Tlie general opinion waa thatMrSwann, had no option hi the matter, but that the question was decided for him.—Yours, kc, Avon Elector.
