Derby. 2Cewhaven hardened down to sven money, and for the Melbourne Cup was installed first favourite at 10 to 1, with 20 to 1 bar one. For the Metropolitan, Rackarock >vas favourite, but when 1500 had been taken about The Right Honourable at 100 to 15 Rackaroek eased to 6 to 1. Upon calling the card later on business was brisk. The closing quotations for the Metropolitan were—loo to 20 The Right Honourable, 100 to 16 Rackarock, 100 to 10 Charge, 100 to 8 Skipper, Destiny, and Nada, 100 to 7 Hopscotch, 100 to 7 to 5 the others.
