Our Wellington special correspondent telegraphs :—The new steamer Tutaenekae, which cost £30,770, is expected in Weiliugton this month. An expert, who has seen the plans, tells mc that she is rather burdened with top hamper. Probably this was a necessity, as she will be used for cable repairing as well as for visiting tho lighthouses.
