PUBLIC TRICYCLES.
The tricycle will soon be a public vehicle in Berlin. A Company has been formed for placing at the disposal of the public 1200 tricycles, provided with a pannier for parcels and a hood in case of rain. The tariff is 10 pfennig for the first quarter of an hour and 5 pfennig for each succeeding quarter of an hour. At night it is 10 pfennig for ten minutes.
