Frtd.-y, September 11. (Before his Honour Judge Ward.) CIVIL CASE. Harrison v Ashburton Borough Council, claim £200, alleged damages through water going through plaintiffs land. By consent, the hearing of the case was adjourned till next Court day. PROBATE. On the application of Mr Parnell, probate was granted in re James Lemon, deceased, to Maria B. Lemon—R. P. T. Capon and R. Houston, executors ; in re James Jamieson, deceased, to Joseph Scaly and Charles Reid, executors.
