The following three games were played between Mr D. A. Brodie, champion of New Zealand, and Miss Agnes Kennedy, at Drummond, during Mr Brodie's recent visit. Judging from the manner in which the young lady manipulates the pieces, she is evidently well acquainted with the intricacies of the game:—
