CIIRISTCHURUn. Saturday, September 5. (Before R. Beetham, Esq., S.M., and S. Lawrence, Esq., J. P.) Alleged Larceny.— John Carey Dudfield, alias Thomas Dudfield, was charged with having, on August 3rd, stolen a quantity of medicines, a- Gladstone bag, and a satchel, of the total value of £7 17s 9d, the property of E. R. Allpress.. On the application of the police, he was remanded till September 9th Prohibition Orders.—Orders were issued against Margaret Petty and Catherine Cooper, to take effect in Christohurch and 'suburbs for one year.
