ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
A man named Michael Home fell down in the street on Tuesday night, and fractured his tbi?h. He was taken to the hospital by the police.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TBLKORAMS ) DUNEDIN, Juue 3. Hugh Mcßride, the mailman at the Head of the Lake, crossed with the mails on the * 28th ultimo, and has not been heard of since. His boat, without oars, was found on the beach. It is surmised that while standing in the boat he overbalanced, and was drowned. OAMARU, Juue 3.
