COMPLAINT TO MR CHAMBERLAIN.

London-, June 8. The Committee of foreign bondholders have written to Mr Chamberlain, complaining of the treatment of the New Plymouth bondholders, and threatening to oppose the quotation of the next Now Zealand loan on the Stock Exchange. Mr Reeves also wrote to Mr Chamberlain, assuring him that the New Plymouth bondholders had no real grievance, and ridiculing their threats.
