(PRESS ASSOCIATION TBLEQRAMB.) NAPIER, June 1. Sir Robert Stout speaks at Hastings on Thursday and at Napier on Friday. INVERCARGILL, June 1. The Hon. Captain Russell addressed a public meeting in the Theatre here to-night. The audience was Che largest ever assembled here for a similar object, many ladies being obliged to stand in the passages. The speaker had a good reception, and a most courteous bearing, and ac the conclusion of his speech w«w accorded a vote of thanks.
